Jay Charlton : Author
A fashion designer by trade with her own ethical label, Jay was moved to put pen to paper, well finger to button whilst in the middle of her favourite lake, cold water swimming.,
Inspired by Wim Hof and his teachings. she took the plunge both into cold water and her debut book.
